Immune aging
A paid research study on how the immune system changes with age. We measure it in the same people, over years, from their homes. Recruiting adults 18–30 and 50–75.
- Every visit at home. A phlebotomist comes to you.
- One blood draw per visit. No clinic, no procedures.
- $100 for every completed visit. Each one is paid separately.

About the study
To qualify, you must be:
Ages 18–30
The reference point. Healthy adults, measured near the immune system's peak – the baseline that every later change is read against.
Ages 50–75
Where change shows. We want the full range of health here – people who feel well, people managing a condition, and everyone in between – because aging doesn't happen one way.
Same visits, same measurements, one dataset – so an immune system at 70 can be read against one at 25.
What we ask of members.
- Sharing health data and medical records
- Completing study visits for sample collection
- Offering feedback on research findings
What members receive.
- Research updates. Discover how everyday factors shape immunity from the study you helped make possible
- Fair cash compensation. For completing study visits (e.g. blood sample)
- Early access to future research developments. Opportunity to explore new research tools and discoveries developed through Onyx research
How it works
- 01
Apply
Complete a quick pre-screen questionnaire, which takes about 5–10 minutes. Our research team will invite you to enroll if qualified. - 02
Share
Consent to share medical records and participate in research. - 03
Collect
We coordinate a mobile phlebotomy visit to your home. No clinic visits required. - 04
Compensation
Receive cash compensation for your time. - 05
